If you have any questions or need assistance, Lingco’s team is here to help with registration, administration, VPNs and firewalls, student privacy, and data protection. During the exam administration period, Lingco technical support is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Lingco’s team is the most reliable way to receive the support you need during testing. AATG staff do not have the same permissions as Lingco staff. Any questions regarding exam resets, time extensions, material not loading, or other technical errors should be directed to Lingco first.
