Purchasing the National German Exam

1. Check your AATG Membership in your Member Compass. If you are not an AATG member, add the non-member sponsor fee to your cart. AATG will provide you a one year membership from the date of registration when the non-member sponsor fee is added to your cart. Save $5 off the non-member sponsor fee by joining AATG as a member here.

2. Go to the AATG website to order your exams. You can find all of the exam levels, as well as the non-member sponsor fee, on this page:https://www.aatg.org/products/national-german-exam Add the quantity of each exam you need to your cart. You will need to enter your AATG chapter and school information in the description box for each exam level.

3. Proceed to checkout. On the Checkout page, select either to send the invoice to your email or make payment using credit card.

Paying by check or purchase order for the National German Exam

1. Locate the order confirmation in your AATG account. If you chose to pay by a check or purchase order, your invoice will be sent to you via email. It will additionally appear in your AATG Member Compass.

2. Ensure the number of exams on your invoice is final before submitting payment. The number of exams on your invoice can be edited before payment is made. However, any exams that are paid for and not administered are non-refundable.

3. Check the amount on your invoice before submitting to your business office. The amount of the check or the purchase order should include all exam fees, plus any extra fees you owe, such as the non-member sponsor fee.

Additional notes:

• AATG withholds score results until payment is received. Ensure that you or your business office has submitted actual payment (not just purchase order) by the end of the administration period.

• Email NGE Purchase Orders and any payment or invoicing questions to finance@aatg.org. You can also contact AATG at 856-843-6912 with questions about NGE payments.

• If you need to change the quantity of seats before submitting payment, please contact finance@aatg.org. Once payment is received, no refunds for unused exams will be made.

• Email support@lingco.io if you need help reallocating the number of seats per exam level.
